Blending both Pilates and Yoga is an excellent preventative technique that will strengthen your body against potential injury. You will be strengthening weak abdominals, correcting wrong posture and forming a powerful foundation for your active life. This is a great class to learn safe beginning yoga postures for new students or those caring for an injury.
