Yoga Anatomy is an intermediate level class that is all about safe, detailed instruction, hands-on adjustments and extensive challenges for your body. We will break down various yoga poses to increase your body awareness, strength and flexibility. You are guaranteed to walk away pleasantly fatigued with a fine-tuned yoga practice and a deeper understanding of how to safely challenge your body.
