Living Balance teaches Pilates, Yoga, Nutrition, Fitness and Meditation to its clients to achieve integrated wellness of body, mind and spirit.
Living Balance is located out of a beautiful studio called Oranj & Dance Fitness, where it facilitates approx. 6-8 classes per week as well as 5-6 private Injury/Trauma Management sessions and wellness consultations per week.
All of the classes & one to one sessions contain a balance of body, mind and spirit through the fusion of Pilates, Yoga and Meditation.
Living Balance also facilitates Workshops to help guide women back to what they already know and helps them rediscover the joyful possibilities that come with overall health and wellness.
